Krystel + Tom's Hutton House Wedding | Minneapolis Wedding Planning
On a beautiful day in late May, Krystel and Tom became husband and wife. Their day was filled with plenty of gorgeous flowers (just wait until you see them!), the sweetest reactions, and plenty of time spent with friends and family. We cannot wait to share more about Krystel and Tom’s wedding day at The Hutton House!
Located just outside of downtown Minneapolis, The Hutton House is known for its Medicine Lake location, modern style, and fantastic natural light. When they were deciding where to host each of their wedding’s events, Krystel and Tom wanted to highlight The Hutton House’s indoor and outdoor spaces. Their ceremony and cocktail hour were held in the outdoor garden, and they welcomed guests inside for the reception. Both were equally as stunning!
Before their wedding day was officially underway, Krystel and Tom each spent their mornings getting ready with their bridesmaids and groomsmen. We have to point out Krystel’s adorable flower girls! They looked so sweet in their tulle dresses, and they also couldn’t get enough of Krsytel in her fabulous wedding dress. Neither could we!
Before they joined their guests for their ceremony, Krystel and Tom shared their first look inside The Hutton House. Krystel walked down the staircase toward Tom in the light-filled space, and their expressions were perfect. These two could not wait to finally become husband and wife!
Other than their heartfelt vows and their flower girls’ cute walks down the aisle, the highlight of Krystel and Tom’s ceremony was their flowers. Kindred Bloom did such a wonderful job creating an organic, garden party vibe. The soft colors were perfect for spring, and the overall style matched the space wonderfully!
After capturing portraits and while guests sipped cocktails, Krystel and Tom stepped inside The Hutton House once more. But this time it was so see their transformed reception space for the first time! Just like their first look, we loved their reactions – they both looked like they were in awe.
After Krystel and Tom’s reveal, it was time for guests to join them inside where dinner and dancing got underway. Tables were adorned with centerpieces again designed by Kindred Bloom that captured the same organic, garden-party style. Marna’s Catering was in charge of the menu, and Girlie Calubayan, which happens to be owned by Krystel’s aunt, created the classic white cake. Post-dinner, Krystel, Tom, and their guests gathered together on the dance floor where they remained for the rest of the night.
